WASHINGTON -- FEMA is tracking Hurricane Ida, forecast to make landfall in the United States as a dangerous major hurricane on Sunday. Areas along the Gulf Coast will start to experience effects of Ida starting Saturday. The National Hurricane Center is forecasting an increasing risk of life-threatening storm surge along the Gulf Coast.
