  • Central Pacific – No tropical cyclones expected through Tuesday morning
  • Western Pacific – Typhoon 25W (Haima) – FINAL

  • Heavy Rain and Flash Flooding – Portions of CA and the Pacific Northwest
  • Rain and Thunderstorms – Northern Plains to Northeast, Ohio Valley and Mid-Atlantic; Southeast
  • Heavy Snow – Northern Intermountain and Central Rockies
  • Red Flag Warnings – NM, TX, CO, KS, OK, WY, NE & SD
  • Critical/Elevated Fire Weather – NM, TX, CO, KS, SD, NE & OK
  • Space Weather – Past 24 hours – none; next 24 hours – minor, G1 geomagnetic storms likely
