Fixed-Location Disaster Recovery Centers Hours Due to Change

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Effective Wednesday, July 12, the hours for fixed-location Disaster Recovery Centers in Arkansas will change. Hours will be:

Monday through Friday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Saturday: Noon to 5 p.m.

Sundays: Closed

The new hours do not affect hours announced for the mobile Disaster Recovery Centers and apply only to the locations below:

Disaster Recovery Centers are staffed with representatives from the Arkansas Department of Emergency Management, FEMA and the U.S. Small Business Administration. Survivors can get help applying for federal assistance, learn about the types of assistance available, learn about the appeals process and get updates on applications. FEMA works closely with state, federal, faith-based and voluntary agencies to help match survivors who have remaining needs with other sources of assistance.
