Tropical Activity:
- Atlantic – Tropical cyclone activity not expected during the next 48 hours
- Eastern Pacific – Tropical Storm Gilma; Tropical Depression Nine-E; Disturbance 1 – Low (20%)
- Central Pacific – Tropical Depression Nine-E still in Eastern Pacific but will move into Central Pacific late today
- Western Pacific – No activity affecting U.S. interests
Significant Weather:
- Severe thunderstorms possible – Central and Southern Plains; Mid-Atlantic
- Flash flooding possible – Central Plains and Mid-Atlantic
- Elevated Fire weather – Central CA, ID & WY
- Isolated dry thunderstorms – WA, ID & MT
- Red Flag Warnings – OR, CA, and WY
