• Atlantic – Tropical cyclone activity not expected during next 48 hours
• Eastern Pacific – Disturbance 1 – Medium (50%); Disturbance 2 – Low (30%)
• Central Pacific – Tropical cyclone activity not expected during next 48 hours
• Western Pacific – No activity affecting U.S. interests

Significant Weather:
• Severe thunderstorms possible – Southern High Plains and from ARKLATEX region to the Upper Ohio Valley
• Flash flooding possible – ARKLATEX region and coastal Carolinas
• Red Flag Warnings – WA, CA, OR, and ID

Declaration Activity:
• Emergency Declaration approved – CA
• FMAGs approved – CA, ID, WA, and TX
