  • Eastern Pacific –Tropical Depression Paul; Disturbance 1: Low (20%)
  • Central Pacific – Tropical Storm Olivia
  • Western Pacific – Super Typhoon Mangkhut

Significant Weather:

  • Heavy rain with flash flooding possible – Southern Plains to Lower Mississippi Valley
  • Critical/elevated fire weather – Central Great Basin to Central/Northern Rockies
