- Eastern Pacific – Tropical Storm Xavier; Disturbance 1 – Low (20%)
- Central Pacific – Disturbance 1 – Low (10%)
- Western Pacific – No activity affecting U.S. interests
Significant Weather:
- Heavy snow possible - Northern and Central Rockies
- Widespread rain and snow expected - Pacific Northwest, Plains, Midwest, Upper Mississippi Valley, and Great Lakes
- Red Flag Warning - portions of CA
