Significant Weather:
- Winter Storm Warnings in effect throughout the Southwest and Central Great Basin. Through Saturday evening, forecast snowfall for portion of central Kansas into central Nebraska will range from 4-8 inches
- Heavy rain and flash flooding possible from east TX to GA over the next 2 days; additional rainfall of 3-5 inches is expected through Saturday evening
- Flash Flood Watches and Warning in effect for portions of the Lower Mississippi, Tennessee and Ohio Valleys to the Appalachians
