 Little Rock, Ark. – Arkansans affected by the severe storms and flooding between May 21 and June 14 are advised to get proper permits when rebuilding their damaged property. Every part of a building — from roofs, walls and siding to plumbing, electrical, septic systems, and heating/air conditioning systems — may require a permit before rebuilding. Arkansas/FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers Hours to Change

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Arkansas/FEMA Disaster Recovery Centers (DRCs) will be open daily Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and closed on Sundays. Spend FEMA Grants Wisely

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Some Arkansans may have received federal assistance grants from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Disaster recovery officials urge recipients of those grants to use the money wisely and only for disaster-related expenses.
