For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently
downgraded Tropical Depression Hernan, located about 60 miles
northeast of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula, and
on Tropical Storm Iselle, located just west of Clarion Island,
Mexico.
Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.
