Additional information on this system can be found in High Seas Forecasts issued by Meteo France. This is the last regularly scheduled Tropical Weather Outlook of the 2020 Atlantic Hurricane Season. However, a Special Tropical Weather Outlook will be issued to discuss the low over the eastern Atlantic by 1000 AM EST Tuesday, or earlier, if necessary. * Formation chance through 48 hours...low...30 percent. * Formation chance through 5 days...low...30 percent.
