Western East Pacific (EP94): A broad area of low pressure located well to the west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula continues to produce showers and thunderstorms with some signs of organization. Environmental conditions appear conducive for development of this system, and a short-lived tropical depression is likely to form during the next day or so while it moves generally west-northwestward at about 10 mph over the western portion of the eastern Pacific basin.
