ZCZC MIATWOAT ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 200 PM EDT Mon Sep 11 2017 For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently downgraded Tropical Storm Irma, located inland near the Florida- Georgia border, and on Hurricane Jose, located a couple of hundred miles north-northeast of the Turks and Caicos Islands. 1. A tropical wave located several hundred miles west of the Cabo Verde Islands is producing disorganized showers and thunderstorms. Some development of this system is possible during the next day or two before upper-level winds become hostile for tropical cyclone formation.
