ZCZC MIATWOEP ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 1100 AM PDT Thu Sep 27 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Rosa, located a few hundred miles southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. 1. Satellite data and reports from a NOAA Hurricane Hunter aircraft indicate that the circulation associated with an area of low pressure a few hundred miles south of the Gulf of Tehuantepec has become a little better defined since yesterday.
