ZCZC MIATWOEP ALL TTAA00 KNHC DDHHMM Tropical Weather Outlook NWS National Hurricane Center Miami FL 500 AM PDT Fri Oct 5 2018 For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude: The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on Hurricane Sergio, located several hundred miles west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California peninsula. 1. A broad area of low pressure located offshore of the Pacific coast of southern Nicaragua continues to produce disorganized showers and thunderstorms. This system is expected to drift northward or northwestward during the next several days, and some slow development is possible if it remains offshore the coast of Central America.
