Significant Weather:
•  Slight Risk of severe thunderstorms possible for central Texas
•  Heavy rain and thunderstorms expected from the Southwest, the Plains to the Great Lakes, Southeastern U.S. and Mid-Atlantic
•  Heavy rain and flash flooding possible for portions of the Ohio and Tennessee valleys to the Southeastern U.S. and Mid-Atlantic; Flash Flood Watch in effect
•  Red Flag Warning in effect for portions of northern and central California
