For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:
The National Hurricane Center is issuing advisories on recently
downgraded Tropical Depression Gil, located more than 1000 miles
west-southwest of the southern tip of the Baja California Peninsula.
Tropical cyclone formation is not expected during the next 5 days.

under AWIPS header MIATCPEP3.
